NEXT JUMP LEADERSHIP & DECISION-MAKING TRAINING

WEEKLY MODULES

Peer-based, virtual coaching that upgrades your mental habits

for high performance in environments of uncertainty & complexity.

1-hour/week, 13 weeks, groups of 10 + coach

Our MENTAL HABITS are both our greatest asset & biggest roadblock

We all waste energy playing optics, overthinking, avoiding conflict, and hiding our true POV due to fear of judgment or looking bad.  These habits compound causing feelings of overwhelm, burnout, frustration--driving silos & reactiveness, which hinders creativity.

It’s no one’s fault. It’s simply over a century of workplace conditioning that no longer serves us in a faster, complex environment.

Like hitting the gym, we facilitate an environment of self-investment + accountability to practice the good mental habits that dial up strategic and creating thinking on a weekly basis based on our 15+ years of human performance data.

  • We stick to 1-hour/week, people's time is valuable

  • Chatham House Rules to preserve psychological safety

  • We assume mutual accountability & positive intent

1-Hour/Week -- 2% Rule (we’re all busy)

13 Week Modules -- 90 Days for Habit Changes

Small Group + Coach -- Peer-Driven Discipline Succeeds in Creating Self-Driven Growth
